9105 Matsumura           Discovered 1997 Jan. 2 by T. Kobayashi at Oizumi.
Masafumi Matsumura (b. 1959), associate professor at Kagawa University, studies interstellar matter on the basis of optical polarimetry and on light scattering calculations. He also works for astronomy education.
