90328 Haryou           Discovered 2003 Mar. 28 by the Catalina Sky Survey.
HARYOU (Harlem Youth Opportunities Unlimited) was founded during the American Civil Rights movement by social scientist Kenneth Clark. Based in Harlem and directed by community leader Cyril Tyson, HARYOU studied the causes of inner-city poverty and remedies to it, culminating in a landmark 1964 report.
