William Cutlip (b. 1960) is the Launch Segment Manager for the OSIRIS-REx Asteroid Sample Return Mission. He serves as the Senior Business Development manager for the Goddard Space Flight Center. He has also served as the Launch Manager for the Atlas-Titan II and SELV Services programs.
