86196 Specula           Discovered 1999 Sept. 24 by K. Sárneczky and L. Kiss at Piszkesteto.
Specula is the old name for the Observatory of Eger, built in 1774 by count Károly Eszterházy (1725-1799). The observatory was never used in projects of real importance because of the turmoils of history and politics. Today it is a museum where its well-preserved 200-year-old instruments are on display.
