85215 Hohenzollern           Discovered 1992 Sept. 26 by F. Börngen and L. D. Schmadel at Tautenburg.
Hohenzollern, originally Zollern, is a castle on a mighty mountain cone (855 m) of the same name in the Swabian Alps. It is the ancestral seat of the Hohenzollern dynasty, which reigned for 900 years. The name was suggested by the first discoverer.
