Yoshiyuki Okada (b. 1947), a member of Shirakawa Observatory in Japan and Chiro Observatory in Australia, is a talented amateur who played an important role in developing large portable telescopes, including the 0.84-m Chiro Telescope. These telescopes went on nationwide tours to show the beauty of the starry sky. |
