7614 Masatomi           Discovered 1996 Mar. 2 by T. Kobayashi at Oizumi.
Masatomi Urata (b. 1925) has been a member of the Oriental Astronomical Association and an active observer of meteors since 1943. He has also been an adviser to the Oita Astronomical Society since its founding in 1979 and has greatly contributed to the growth of younger astronomers.
