7565 Zipfel           Discovered 1988 Sept. 14 by S. J. Bus at Cerro Tololo.
Jutta Zipfel (b. 1964) is curator of meteorites at Forschungsinstitut Senckenberg in Frankfurt. Her research focuses on petrologic and geochemical studies of meteorites and she played a key role in deciphering the early partial melting of minor planets.
