7497 Guangcaishiye           Discovered 1995 Dec. 17 by the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at Xinglong.
Named for the Glory Project (Guangcai Shiye), an open poverty relief activity in China. The project actively assists the poor with training, initiating enterprises, developing resources and carrying out commerce. Its operation promotes traditional Chinese virtues and advances the prospects of the poor.
