7291 Hyakutake           Discovered 1991 Dec. 13 by S. Otomo at Kiyosato.
Yuji Hyakutake (b. 1950) discovered comets C/1995 Y1 and C/1996 B2 visually from the town of Aira, in Kagoshima prefecture. He later became a curator at the astronomical museum in Aira. The name was suggested by H. Hayasi.
