70783 Kenwilliams           Discovered 1999 Nov. 3 by the Catalina Sky Survey.
Kenneth Williams (b. 1956) is a member of the navigation team at KinetX, Inc. for the OSIRIS-REx Asteroid Sample Return Mission. He was the Navigation Team Chief for the MESSENGER orbiter and the Stardust Missions, the Lead Maneuver Analyst for the Genesis mission, and a Mission Planner for the Cassini mission.
