6534 Carriepeterson           Discovered 1995 Feb. 24 by T. B. Spahr at Catalina Station.
Carolyn (Carrie) H. Peterson (1942-2006) was an active member of the Astronomical Society of Southern New England (ASSNE). She was interested in the stars, but far more interested what motivated the stargazers. Carrie supported the construction of Wishing Star Observatory in 2006 but did not live to see it completed.
