6273 Kiruna           Discovered 1992 Mar. 1 at the European Southern Observatory in the course of the Uppsala-ESO Survey of Asteroids and Comets.
North of the Arctic Circle in the province of Norrbotten, Kiruna is the northernmost city in Sweden, known for its iron-ore mining since the late-nineteenth century.
