5881 Akashi           Discovered 1992 Sept. 27 by M. Sugano and T. Nomura at Minami-Oda.
Named for a city facing the Setouchi Inland Sea. Akashi Municipal Planetarium was established in 1960 precisely on the meridian for Japan Standard Time ( 135\rm o east of Greenwich), and about 6.6 million people have visited it.
