Elena Alekseevna Panko (b. 1958) is a Ukrainian astronomer at Nikolaev State University who researches superclusters of galaxies, eclipsing binaries and Be stars, in some cases using the 0.7-m reflector at her university's Kalinenkov Astronomical Observatory.
