52341 Ballmann           Discovered 1992 Sept. 21 by L. D. Schmadel and F. Borngen at Tautenburg.
Helga Ballmann (b. 1954) is the personal assistant of the Director of the Astronomisches Rechen-Institut, Heidelberg. She served for more than four decades at the department for astronomical bibliography and is a very nice and helpful lady. Name proposed by the first discoverer.
