47038 Majoni           Discovered 1998 Nov. 17 by V. Goretti at Pianoro.
Vittore Majoni (1936-2002), was an electrical engineer and a secondary education teacher. He was one of the charter members of the Astronomy Association of Cortina d´ Ampezzo (Italy) and a promoter of the founding of the Astronomical Observatory at Col Druscié, which he then directed for many years.
