46277 Jeffhall           Discovered 2001 May 15 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Jeffrey C. Hall (b. 1964) is director of Lowell Observatory. He works on the observatory's Solar Stellar Spectrograph project for long-term monitoring of the Sun and solar-like stars, and is interested in the evolution and interaction of binary stars.
