Cerreto D´Asti, in the Italian Piedmont region, is home to the observatory of the Astronomical Association of Cerreto d´Asti. The association carries out educational efforts on the solar system and astronomy in general, as well as intensive reserarch on comets, minor planets and extrasolar planets.
