42295 Teresateng           Discovered 2001 Oct. 23 by W. K. Y. Yeung at the Desert Eagle Observatory.
Teresa Teng (1953-1995) was a popular and influential Taiwanese pop singer. It is often said that "Wherever there are Chinese people, the songs of Teresa Teng can be heard". She was known for her folk songs and romantic ballads, most of them reaching classic status during her lifetime.
