Discovered 1995 Aug. 31 by R. Weber's team at Socorro.
David Lowell Harris (1950-2001), who was born in Utah and grew up in Colorado, graduated from Rice University. He was an enthusiastic member of the "pre-LINEAR" observing team at Socorro during 1995-1996.
