35366 Kaifeng           Discovered 1997 Oct. 18 by the Beijing Schmidt CCD Asteroid Program at Xinglong.
Kaifeng, a city located on the southern bank of the Yellow River in northern Henan province, has a history of more than 2700 years as the capital of seven dynasties. The city enjoys profound cultural and abundant natural resources and is also known for having the oldest extant Jewish community in China.
