Vepřoknedlozelo is a famous traditional Czech meal, consisting of roast pork, dumplings and Sauerkraut (cabbage). There are many different local varieties. It is also a specialty in the nearby region of Bavaria, where it is known as Schweinebraten mit Knödeln und Kraut.
