28210 Howardfeng           Discovered 1998 Dec. 14 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Howard Feng (b. 1995) was awarded second place in the 2011 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his cellular and molecular biology project. He attends the Bayview Secondary School, Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada.
