27865 Ludgerfroebel           Discovered 1995 Mar. 30 by S. Mottola and E. Koldewey at the European Southern Observatory.
Ludger Froebel (b. 1958) has been the leader of several space projects and the manager of the "Space Transport and Space Technology" program at the German Aerospace Center (DLR). He initiated the DLR Compact Satellite Program, including the AsteroidFinder mission that will be searching for inner-earth objects.
