26275 Jefsoulier           Discovered 1998 Sept. 16 by ODAS at Caussols.
Jean Frančois Soulier (b. 1966) is a specialized educator and dedicated comet observer who has been an amateur astronomer since a very early age. In 2008 he founded the association "des étoiles pour tous" ("stars for all") which aims to bring astronomy to handicapped persons.
