Alex Antonio Sanchez-Claudio (b. 1990) was awarded second place in the 2008 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his biochemistry team project. He attends the Aurea E. Quiles Claudio High School, Guanica, Puerto Rico, U.S.A.
