24270 Dougskinner           Discovered 1999 Dec. 8 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team in Socorro.
Doug Skinner mentored a finalist in the 2008 Intel Science Talent Search (STS), a science competition for high school seniors. He teaches at the Westwood High School, Austin, Texas.
