24046 Malovany           Discovered 1999 Oct. 2 by L. Šarounová at Ondřejov.
Joseph Malovany (b. 1941), the Cantor of New York's Fifth Avenue Synagogue, and professor of Liturgical Music at Yeshiva University, holds many high artistic diplomas and awards. An outstanding tenor soloist, he performs in oratorios and symphonic pieces all over the world.
