22870 Rosing           Discovered 1999 Sept. 14 by C. W. Juels at Fountain Hills.
Wayne Rosing (b. 1946) is an electrical engineer and computer industry executive. He has also been a principal investigator on NSF astronomy grants, including the Southern H \alpha Sky Survey Atlas (SHASSA). The name was suggested by M. Trueblood.
