21903 Wallace           Discovered 1999 Nov. 10 by C. W. Juels at Fountain Hills.
Patrick T. Wallace (b. 1946) is a specialist in telescope control software. From 1973 to 1980 he was on the staff of the Anglo-Australian Observatory. During 1982-2000 he directed the Starlink astronomical computing service in the U.K., and he is currently head of H.M. Nautical Almanac Office.
