21723 Yinyinwu           Discovered 1999 Sept. 9 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Yin Yin Wu (b. 1989) was awarded second place in the 2006 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for her chemistry project. She attends the J.M. Atherton High School, Louisville, Kentucky, U.S.A.
