21633 Hsingpenyuan           Discovered 1999 July 13 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Hsing Pen-Yuan (b. 1986) was awarded first place and Best in Category in the 2005 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his engineering team project. He also received the EU Contest for Young Scientists Award. He attends the Taipei Municipal Lishan Senior High School, Taipei, Chinese Taipei.
