21581 Ernestoruiz           Discovered 1998 Sept. 17 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Ernesto Ruiz (b. 1958) has played a key role in numerous radar experiments on minor planets as an electronics technician and telescope operator at the Arecibo Observatory.
