21580 Portalatin           Discovered 1998 Sept. 17 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Wilfredo Portalatin (b. 1949), staff technician and telescope operator at the Arecibo Observatory, has played a key role in numerous radar experiments on minor planets since the 1970s.
