21577 Negron           Discovered 1998 Sept. 17 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Victor Negron (b. 1973), electronics technician and transmitter operator at the Arecibo Observatory, has made critical contributions to radar observations of minor planets.
