21574 Ouzan           Discovered 1998 Sept. 14 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Raphael Ouzan (b. 1987) was awarded second place in the 2006 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his computer science project. He attends Boys Town Jerusalem, Jerusalem, Israel.
