21470 Frankchuang           Discovered 1998 Apr. 21 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Frank Fu-Han Chuang (b. 1988) was awarded first place in the 2006 Intel International Science and Engineering Fair for his computer science team project. He also received the MILSET Expo-Science Award. He attends the Monta Vista High School, Cupertino, California, U.S.A.
