Lithuanian astronomer Romualda Lazauskaite (b. 1961) has been the Deputy Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technologies of LEU since 2013. Known for her work on the chemical evolution of our Galaxy, she is an active organizer of the National and International Astronomy Olympiads for school students.
