21250 Kamikouchi           Discovered 1995 Dec. 17 by N. Sato at Chichibu.
Kamikouchi is a Japanese scenic point nominated as a "Special Natural Treasure" in 1952. Kamikouchi was introduced to the world in Mountaineering and Exploration in the Japanese Alps, published in London in 1896 and written by Walter Weston (1861-1940), a British clergyman and a mountaineer.
