20730 Jorgecarvano           Discovered 1999 Dec. 9 by the Lowell Observatory Near-Earth Object Search at the Anderson Mesa Station.
Jorge Carvano (b. 1971) is a planetary scientist working at Rio de Janeiro National Observatory. He studies small bodies and planetary satellites and is an expert on thermal modeling.
