20440 McClintock           Discovered 1999 May 10 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Shannon Noel McClintock (b. 1989) is a finalist in the 2004 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge (DCYSC), a middle school science competition, for her engineering project. She attends the Muirlands Middle School, La Jolla, California.
