20311 Nancycarter           Discovered 1998 Mar. 31 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Nancy Carter mentored a finalist in the 2004 Intel Science Talent Search, a science competition for high school seniors. She teaches at the Mediapolis High School, Mediapolis, Iowa.
