16142 Leung           Discovered 1999 Dec. 6 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Named in honor of Albert W. Leung for achievement as a finalist in the 2002 Intel Science Talent Search, a science competition for high school seniors. Albert is a student at the Stuyvesant High School, New York, New York.
