13404 Norris           Discovered 1999 Sept. 9 by the Lincoln Laboratory Near-Earth Asteroid Research Team at Socorro.
Noele Rosalie Norris (b. 1988) is a finalist in the 2002 Discovery Channel Young Scientist Challenge (DCYSC), a middle school science competition, for her biochemistry, medicine, health, and microbiology project. She attends the George Washington Carver Middle School, Miami, Florida.
