9930 Billburrows           Discovered 1984 Feb. 5 by E. Bowell at the Anderson Mesa Station of the Lowell Observatory.
William E. Burrows (b. 1937), of New York University, is a top authority on space, national security, spy satellites and spy planes. His books are extensively researched and detailed, yet enjoyably readable; they include, among others, Deep Black and Exploring Space. The name was suggested by E. M. Standish.
