9147 Kourakuen           Discovered 1977 Feb. 18 by H. Kosai and K. Hurukawa at the Kiso Station of the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory.
Kourakuen in Okayama is one of the three most outstanding gardens in Japan. Its construction was begun in 1686.
