20080 Maeharatorakichi           Discovered 1994 Mar. 7 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
Torakichi Maehara (1872-1950) was an amateur astronomer and one of the charter members of the Astronomical Society of Japan, which was founded in 1908. He established his own observatory and made many visual and photographic observations, including Halley's comet in 1910.
