5568 Mufson           Discovered 1953 Oct. 14 at the Goethe Link Observatory, Indiana University.
Stuart Mufson (b. 1946), on the faculty of Indiana University, has built pioneering instrumentation for investigations in high-energy astrophysics, including cosmic-ray physics and the search for dark matter. He has also contributed to the understanding of the interstellar medium and of regions of star formation.
