20038 Arasaki           Discovered 1992 Oct. 26 by K. Endate and K. Watanabe at Kitami.
Yoshikuni Arasaki (b. 1953) has been chief of the Okinawa Prefecture Ishigaki Youth House since 2017. He is a well-known amateur astronomer and popularizer of astronomy in Ishigaki Island. He enjoys observing and photographing comets, nebulae and star clusters through his telescope.
